Large, heavy, oversized, or palletized items may require LTL or freight shipping. Freight charges will be quoted or confirmed before shipment when applicable.

Once an order has been shipped and accepted by the carrier, delivery time and transit handling are subject to the carrier’s service terms. RSMRO USA will assist with tracking information and carrier claims when applicable, but delays, loss, or damage during transit may be subject to the carrier’s claim process.
