Return & Exchange Policy
Please review our return and exchange guidelines before sending any product back. All returns and exchanges must be approved in writing by RSMRO USA before shipment.
- 01Yes. All returns must be requested by the purchaser and approved by RSMRO USA in writing before any product is returned. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
- 02Cut wire, custom-length items, special-order items, non-stock items, installed items, used items, damaged items, or altered items may not be eligible for return. Non-stock and special-order products may also be subject to the manufacturer’s return policy.
- 03Approved returns may not be accepted after 60 days from the date of shipment. Returned items must be in acceptable condition and may be subject to inspection before approval.
- 04Yes. Approved returns may be subject to a restocking fee, handling fee, inspection fee, shipping cost, or other processing costs related to the return.
- 05For exchange requests related to Schneider Electric products or other manufacturer-supplied items, the product may need to be returned to the original manufacturer for inspection and testing. If the manufacturer determines that the issue was not caused by misuse, improper installation, physical damage, unauthorized modification, or other customer-related damage, we may provide an exchange or replacement according to the manufacturer’s warranty or return approval. If the manufacturer determines that the product was damaged due to customer-related causes, the exchange may be denied, and the purchaser may be responsible for inspection fees, handling fees, shipping costs, and any other related charges. A replacement product may require a new purchase at the regular price.
- 06Order cancellations must be requested by the purchaser and approved by RSMRO USA in writing. Cancellation requests may be subject to costs already incurred, including manufacturer charges, special-order fees, processing fees, shipping charges, or other related expenses.
